How can I convert the map grid coordinate system of a drawing?

Requires BricsCAD V24 Professional or greater.
You can convert a drawing from one map grid coordinate system to another in BricsCAD using the
GEOIMPORT command. The steps required to do this are:
Set Source coordinate system
In the source drawing you want to convert, check whether the coordinate system has been declared. If set, the current coordinate system will be shown on the status bar.
Geographic Location on the Status BarIf it hasn't already been set, run the
GEOGRAPHICLOCATION command, then search and assign its coordinate system. Following this make sure that you
SAVE your drawing!
Setting your Map Grid using GEOGRAPHICLOCATIONSet Target coordinate system
OPEN or begin a
NEW Target drawing. Run the
GEOGRAPHICLOCATION command, then search and assign the target coordinate system you want to convert to. Following this make sure that you
SAVE your drawing!
Repeat setting GEOGRAPHICLOCATION in your target drawingRun GEOIMPORT
With the target coordinate system assigned, run the
GEOIMPORT command to import your source drawing. As part of the import process BrisCAD will convert the coordinates in the source drawing to the target drawing.
